I hope Behind The Bit won't mind me pinching her post idea but I think this video is super. I saw Heather Blitz riding when she joined Mary Wanless at her seminar at Hadlow College last year. The difference in the horse she rode (an ordinary RC horse) was amazing and her comments are still with me when I ride.
